Taiwan famous actor-singer Richie Jen (Exiled) faces off against popular Mainland actor Huang Xiao-ming (TV drama Royal Tramp) as an outlaw lethal sharpshooters along with Edison Chen (Dog Bite Dog) who portrays an talented sniper all in this exciting action thriller packed with intense shootouts, training montages, and other entertaining genre staples. Hartman (Richie Jen), a renowned top shooter in the police force, is deeply resented by his former teammate and superb marksman Lincoln (Huang Xiao-ming), who went to jail for accidentally killing a hostage. With only vengeance in his mind, Lincoln believes that Hartman and the police are the real culprits for his fall and determines to hunt them down upon his release. When a mysterious sniper disenables a high-security prisoner transfer which leads to a major convict evasion, Hartman and his team are dispatched to profile the suspect. OJ (Edison Chen), the talented hot-headed rookie on the team, surprises everyone by accurately replicating the suspect's impossible shots, was being taken under Hartman's wing. Meanwhile, Lincoln continues his plan with the largest heist ever in the city and decides to lure his target in by holding Hartman's daughter as hostage and re-enacting that fateful day. It is the ultimate showdown amongst three expert snipers in the Hong Kong cityscape...
